Protection is designed around
the valve, route and site.
Diefei can arrange modular packaging for visibility, controlled access and production-line delivery. Detailed packing protection, box construction and loading limits should be aligned with the valve size, transport mode and project requirements.
Modular packaging with line-side access
Packaging can be organized around visual inspection, easy removal and delivery to a production line. For new components, a Packaging, Handling and Storage Standard can be submitted as part of the agreed documentation.
- Visible and easy-to-access arrangement
- Modular tooling for quality protection
- Delivery aligned with production-line rhythm
Case selection by valve size
As a planning reference, valves below DN100 are commonly supplied in corrugated cartons or wooden cases, while DN100 and larger valves commonly use wooden cases with steel strapping and corner protection.
Moisture, corrosion and surface protection
Export packing can include moisture-barrier paper or desiccant, rust-preventive oil on exposed machined surfaces, flange-face protection caps and closed valve discs. Solid-wood export packing should follow ISPM 15 and carry the IPPC mark.
Securing and load stability
Reference practice uses pressure bars, blocks, braces, strapping and cushioning to prevent movement. Mixed cases should keep valves separated, and package fill is commonly planned at no less than 90%.
Every shipment should carry
the records the project needs.
Diefei's product and export documentation can support inspection, installation, traceability and customs clearance. The exact document pack is confirmed against the valve scope, destination and commercial terms.
