Chilled water or condenser water supply.
Data center liquid cooling. Valves built for uptime.
Engineered for continuous data center operation, Diefei liquid cooling valves combine low flow resistance, tight sealing and broad media compatibility across CDU primary and secondary loops, chilled water systems, cold-plate cooling and immersion cooling.
Primary and secondary heat-exchange circuits.
Isolation, balancing, filtration and control.
Cold plates, manifolds or immersion tanks.
Pump protection, monitoring and maintenance.
One valve strategy.
Four critical fluid interfaces.
Liquid cooling introduces tight pressure budgets, mixed materials, continuous operation and limited maintenance windows. Diefei builds the valve package around those system realities, from the facility side of the CDU to the final heat load.
CDU primary and secondary loops

Cooling water and chilled water
Valve packages for facility-side cooling circuits where stable flow, dependable shutoff and maintainable connections are essential.

Air-conditioning fluid systems
Butterfly, check, ball and flexible connection options for water and fluorinated refrigerant lines around the data hall.
Uptime first
Products are selected for 7×24 operation, fatigue resistance and dependable sealing through repeated thermal and pressure cycles.
Protect the pressure budget
Precision low-resistance flow paths help reduce pump energy and preserve available pressure at dense compute racks.
Match the medium
Body, seat, seal and lining options are reviewed together for water, glycol, fluorinated coolant and aggressive service media.
Valves where the loop
cannot afford a weak point.
A complete liquid cooling valve package follows the heat path rather than a single product category. Every interface has a different duty: isolation, reverse-flow protection, filtration, flexible connection or monitored control.

The fluid decides
the material package.
Water, glycol and fluorinated coolants interact differently with elastomers and metal surfaces. Diefei combines media review, seal selection and optional full-lining to build a compatible wetted path.
Ethylene glycol
A common heat-transfer fluid in closed cooling loops. EPDM sealing is a typical starting point for water-based glycol service.
Cooling and chilled water
Primary and secondary circuit media requiring dependable sealing, controlled pressure loss and maintainable isolation points.
Fluorinated coolant
Used in cold-plate and immersion liquid cooling. PTFE sealing and FEP/PTFE full-lining options support chemically demanding service.
Reliability is a process,
not a final inspection.
Data center valves need a repeatable quality record from incoming material to final pressure testing. Diefei combines process checkpoints, standards-based testing and monitoring-ready control options.
Control from raw material to shipment.
Each production stage is tied to a defined verification point. The result is a documented path from material and machining through assembly, pressure testing and dispatch.
Documented certification and system standards
Certification scope can vary by product and configuration. Confirm the current certificate and applicable standard for the selected model before project approval.
ISO 15848 low-leakage Class A and industrial zero-leakage Class A targets, supported by type testing at national pump and valve product testing organizations.
Products are aligned with the supplied reference requirements for TSG D7002-2006, GB 50174 data center design and ODCC liquid cooling practice.
IoT remote valve-position monitoring and real-time data feedback support integration with data center infrastructure management systems.

Questions before you select the valve.
Use these answers as an early selection guide. Final valve, seal, pressure class and actuator choices should be confirmed against the actual loop and project specification.
Which valves are used in data center liquid cooling systems?
Diefei supplies soft-seated butterfly valves, wafer and flanged butterfly valves, single- and double-plate check valves, stainless steel electric ball valves, filters, rubber expansion joints, and intelligent control valves. Electric, pneumatic, and smart actuators with remote valve-position monitoring are available for CDU primary and secondary loops, cooling water, and cold-plate or immersion cooling systems.
Which cooling media can Diefei liquid cooling valves handle?
The portfolio is configured for ethylene glycol, cooling water, chilled water, and fluorinated coolants used in cold-plate and immersion liquid cooling. For aggressive media, FEP/PTFE full-lining options and suitable seal materials can be reviewed against the actual fluid, concentration, temperature, and pressure.
What pressure and temperature ranges are available?
Documented ranges vary by product. Soft-seated butterfly and single- or double-plate check valves are listed for 1.0 to 2.5 MPa, with RPTFE-seat butterfly valves up to 5.0 MPa and stainless steel check valves up to 4.0 MPa. Stainless steel electric ball valves are listed for 1.6 to 2.5 MPa. Temperature ranges extend from -40°C to +210°C depending on construction, while rubber expansion joints are listed for -29°C to +90°C. Final values must be confirmed for size, structure, and actuator configuration.
How does Diefei support low-pressure-drop liquid cooling design?
Diefei uses a precision low-resistance flow path designed to reduce pressure drop by more than 25% compared with ordinary data-center valves. For the McQuay magnetic-bearing chiller program, Diefei developed an ultra-low-resistance check valve with pressure drop below 0.04 MPa on both sides. Final pressure-drop performance should be confirmed by the selected model and project conditions.
How are quality and remote valve monitoring handled?
Quality controls include three raw-material sampling checks, 12 process verification points, a 72-hour factory pressure test, and zero-leakage testing. Diefei also supports IoT remote valve-position monitoring and real-time feedback for DCIM integration. Certification scope and monitoring features should be confirmed against the selected valve and project documentation.
